My stay was incredibly disappointing. The overall area felt sketchy and unsafe, making me extremely uncomfortable to walk to the hotel entrance at night. I had to deal with loud and disruptive guests who were fighting in the hallway, making it impossible to get any sleep. To top it all off, the cleanliness of the common areas was subpar, with trash left unattended and filthy carpets that seemed neglected.

The room was spacious enough for our family with four teenagers, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

My wife says that the breakfast ending too early was frustrating for our crew. They could really improve the dining hours for families.

i had a great stay at best western! the location was super convenient for my trip to philly. my king room was clean, and the front desk host raynell was unbelievably courteous and quick. the hotel's peaceful atmosphere extended to the nice indoor pool, which was a lovely bonus.
